I use the term “guest” instead of “patient” because I believe that customer care and a genuine personal touch is at the heart of all that I do. I appreciate that the people I see are patients and I am responsible for their clinical care as I am their Doctor of Chiropractic. I never forget my clinical, ethical and moral responsibility to the people who see me. However, I also remember that the people who see me are people and not just a “case” or a “diagnosis” , which is why I like the term “guest”.

I just wanted to leave a review to say how impressed I was with the service and treatment. I've used chiropractors for years and found that some are better than others. It's hard to know who to choose but I was recommended personally and since talking to some friends it seems I'm one of the last to find this fabulous chiropractor! She's a gem. I found her more attentive and genuine than (some) other chiropractors I've seen in the past. But most of all, the treatment was excellent. She did some muscle work to my jaw and neck, which immediately helped my headache. The treatment itself was painful, but she was calm about everything and you felt safe. She explained everything before (and during) the treatment and I was quite happy. Obviously it's all private healthcare but for someone as good as this well worth the money. Tried and tested, highly recommended.
