Hi, my name is Louise Ozier, I am a qualified chiropractor and practice at Lushington Chiropractic Clinic in Eastbourne town centre.

My aim is to provide a service which will help you get out of pain and back to doing the things you love.

On this webpage, there are sections where you can learn a little more about me, how I became inspired to be a Chiropractor in Eastbourne, my chiropractic qualifications and personal areas of interest.

My focus is on taking the time to actively listen and establish the root cause of your problem. From here, I will tailor specific treatments for you and get things back to optimal function.

My Journey so Far?

I was born and raised in Bournemouth, and my first taste of chiropractic came aged 16. Throughout my teenage yeas I competed at club and county level in rugby for Ellingham & Ringwood RFC, Dorset & Wiltshire and Hampshire. I sustained injuries to my extremities and lower back, chiropractic care helped me get back to training and competing pain free allowing me to enjoy rugby again. This was a significant moment which influenced my decision in becoming a chiropractor.

As a result for of my love for rugby and previous studies in sport, I pursued a Bsc(Hons) in Sport and Exercise science at Cardiff Metropolitan University where i predominantly focused on health and exercise sciences. After completing this, I knew I wanted to pursue a career which helped better people’s lives, from infants to seniors

I decided to undertake a Msc (Chiro) in chiropractic at Health Sciences University, formerly known as the Anglo Euoropean Chiropractic College. This provided me with a solid inderstanding of chiropractic and helped shape me into a skilled healthcare professional  dedicated to promoting health and well-being through chiropractic.

Upon completion of my masters, I knew I wanted a new adventure with some familiarity to home, which led me to the coastal town of Eastbourne.

Eastbourne is a place which is able to meet all of my demands, whether that be hiking the Severn Sisters, running along the seaside or visiting all of the independant cafes. Eastbourne is a community-centric town, and this stood out to me on my first visit.

Paediatric Chiropractic

I have always had a great passion for helping people, particularly infants and children. During my university placement I had the opportunity to undertake a three-month paediatric placement, which highlighted the importance of a child’s journey from the moment they are born.

During this time, I primarily focused on infants from their first week of life up to three years old and have since had experience in youth into their teenage years.

I look forward to helping make a difference to the health and development of the next generation in Eastbourne.

Chiropractic care is not limited to one demographic and is suitable for all. One of my favourite things about being a chiropractor is having the opportunity to build relationships with people from different walks of life. So, whatever your age, occupation, or hobbies, I would love the opportunity to help you.

This website “Clearly Chiropractic” has been created to share my personal journey into chiropractic and my individual approach to chiropractic treatment.

It’s an excellent, award-winning chiropractic and multi-disciplinary clinic. It was established 2005, with a range of practitioners and is based in Eastbourne town centre.
